Shop Policies
booking online
* When booking for yourself and a family member or friend, please book 2 separate appointments instead of one long appointment.
* Please ensure you have booked the correct type of appointment. For example if you book a “haircut” and upon arrival actually want a bald skin fade our barbers will not have time to complete this service. If you have questions about the service you want please make your appointment by phone rather than online.
* If you select “any barber” on the second screen you could be placed in an apprentices chair.
* Your appointment may move forward/back 15 minutes with notice via our messaging system. If your contact information is incorrect you will not receive these messages.
NO SHOWS
If you do not show up for your appointment you will be marked as a “no show” in our booking system. No shows are required to leave a credit card number when booking their next 5 appointments. If you are marked as a no show a second or third time your credit card on file will automatically be charged the full amount of the services you booked the appointment for.
LATE APPOINTMENTS
If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment you may not be able to receive services. If you are late more than once you will be marked as a “no show”. No shows are required to leave a credit card number when booking their next 5 appointments. If you are late a second or third time your credit card on file will automatically be charged the full amount of the services you booked the appointment for regardless of if we have time to complete them.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel an appointment up to 2 hours in advance of your appointment time. If you repeatedly cancel appointments you will be marked as a “no show”. No shows are required to leave a credit card number when booking their next 5 appointments. If you cancel late a second or third time your credit card on file will automatically be charged the full amount of the services you booked the appointment for.

We will gladly try a child’s first haircut but if at anytime it becomes dangerous to the child or interferes with our other customer’s relaxing experience, we will have to end the cut. Please note we only allocate 30 minutes per little man haircut. If your child is unable to sit still or begins crying we will have to end the haircut early.

The Barber Shop is located at 1400 Kingsway, Unit 7 in Sudbury, Ontario. Our shop is newly renovated and has a ton of cool features you won't see anywhere else! From big screen TVs to arcades and complimentary drinks and cologne. You're not gonna want to leave!
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I walk-in or do I need an appointment?
We generally recommend booking an appointment! We do take walk-ins if we have space, but often we are fully booked with appointments. This is especially true Thursday-Saturday. You can easily make an appointment at barbershopsudbury.com, just click “Book Now”, choose your service, date/time and that’s it! You will receive a confirmation message (via email or text depending on your preference). If you are unsure of exactly what service you need it’s best to ☎️ and book at 705-524-3555.

How do I download your customer booking app?
How do I change my appointment?
1. It is easiest to manage your appointments with our customer booking app which can be downloaded for free!
Login to your profile by using your phone number you use to book your appointments.
Check the upcoming appointments in your profile section and change there.
2. You can also click the confirmation message you got when you booked your appointment and edit it through there.
3. Or you can call the shop.
How can I end up with an apprentice?
If you choose the “any barber” feature when booking online or don’t specify a specific barber when booking over the phone you may end up in an apprentices chair.
Apprentice’s will always have the word ‘apprentice’ in their name on our booking software if you want to choose a specific team member when booking.
Apprentices are always overseen by our senior staff and are only cleared for specific services. Plus their services are discounted!
What's your policy on performing services on kids?

Please note we only allocate 30 minutes per little man haircut. If your child is unable to sit still or begins crying we will have to end the haircut early.
Please note: We do not use a straight blade on kids under 13 years of age.
Do you cut women’s hair?
Yes, but our shop is dedicated to short hair styles. If you are a women whos gets a cut/style that is achieved with electronic trimmers or clippers with scissor work mainly on the top of the head, we are able to serve you. We unfortunately do not have the tools or training to do long hair styles. We are also happy to do undercuts and hair tattoos on women with short hair styles.
Do you do braids?
We do not do braiding at this time.
Do you do colouring?
We do not do any colour services on the head. We do however offer beard enhancement colour services.
Do you sell products?
Yes we carry a variety of premium brands for hair and face. You can take a look at our products and brands by clicking here!
Do you have gift cards?
Yes! You can purchase them in house in any amount. They are the re-loadable plastic cards style.
We also have a great selection of products and around the holidays we make the best themed boxes too!
Do you do wedding parties or hockey teams?
Absolutely! Contact [email protected] to coordinate this type of booking. We will need to know: the date and time range you want everyone in at, the first/last name of each person, what service they want and if you want it booked all under one phone number or individual numbers (this matters if you want each person to be able to collect their own loyalty points or not).
How does your loyalty program work?
We automatically give you loyalty points every time you check in to an appointment. On your 10th visit your account will automatically have $10 off added to it. Just ask your barber to apply it to your bill! Your account is tied to the phone number or email you first used to make an appointment. If you have since changed this and starter making appointments under the new contact your points will not transfer over. If you need help with this contact [email protected]
How does your Referral Program work?
Refer a friend and you both get a reward!

25% off on any one service for each new friend you refer that gets a service from us.
Your Friend Gets
25% off any one service on their first visit.
To Refer Friends
Ask them to visit us for a service and enter YOUR phone number as their referral code during their first check-in.
